At Personal Trainer Stafford I offer training packages that are simple and easy to follow while totally focused on your specific goals. Each of my packages are tailored to individual clients, none of my clients receive the same training programme as that is not the aim of personal training, I also discuss nutritional advice with my clients on a 1 to 1 basis.

PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer training packages that are simple and easy to follow while totally focused on your specific goals. Each of my packages are tailored to individual clients, none of my clients receive the same training programme, I also discuss nutritional advice with my clients on a 1 to 1 basis.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Not all workouts require equipment and that's where I keep it basic with simple body weight exercises that will be just as beneficial as visiting the gym, your online training package will be simple and easy to follow but most of all unique to you as an individual by focusing on your specific requirements to achieve your personal fitness goal.
GROUP TRAINING
I offer training sessions for groups of individuals to train as one unit, it could be a sports team that want extra training or a group of friends that want a HIIT circuit training session. I can accommodate for any group size and will be specific to your type of training.
1 TO 1 RUNNING
I offer individual 121 running sessions or for a group of friends that want a little more from their running session. I adapt all my sessions to the requirments of the individuals, the training I will do will be specific to your goal which could be a 5KM/10KM run or interval training.
